CINDY SHEEHAN FOR CONGRESS - 2008 - A GOLD STAR MOM

More than 4,000 Mothers have had to grieve over the loss of their sons and daughters because our President lied and broke the laws of this country. Cindy Sheehan has done more than any other mother to expose the abuses of President George W. Bush. Cindy has laid this out in three books and is running for Congress for San Francisco Bay Area against Nancy Pelosi. Won't you help her ? You want more power in Congress? Than I say support Cindy by buying her books. I am sure every citizen in these United States would say to themselves "I wish I had a mom, like Cindy." Cindy may have picked another district to run for Congress, yet her main point is that when Nancy Pelosi was nominated as the first woman Speaker of the House, she had an obligation to the voters to stop the funding of the Iraq War. Instead, Nancy posed for photo ops with President George W. Bush and refused to begin Impeachment against Dick Cheney and the President. Cindy has met a lot of interesting people along the way and has her story which everyone should support. George W. Bush's mother, Barbara Bush has over 30 grandchildren not one is serving in the Iraq War. Determination is Cindy's qualifications. If you want more power for the People, than you need an honest government.

"President Bush has been asking for billions more dollars to continue the Iraq War. Congress has the power to end the war by withholding funds for anything but an orderly withdrawal of troops from Iraq. Speaker Nancy Pelosi decides whether the war will continue because she decides what funding bills make it to the floor of the House to the vote." Cindy Sheehan
