FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE --May 23, 2003 On June 11, at 6:30 p.m. Bruce Campbell Adamson will present a 30 minute documentary entitled "Harold Adamson: An Affair To Remember." This non-profit, educational production will be shown on Adelphia Public Access Television cable channel 77 for the Los Angeles Area from Pasadena to Santa Monica, see enclosed map channel 37 is for Beverly Hills. Channel 3 for Marina Del Rey and West Hollywood. Harold Adamson wrote several hundred songs for films from 1933 to 1964. He was nominated five times for an Academy Awards for best song. Attached is a complete biography and catalog of his career. Some of the highlights include: "I Love Lucy," "Around the World in 80 Days," "An Affair to Remember." and "Coming in On A Wing and a Prayer." The documentary will include a rare appearance by Cary Grant singing Adamson's first Oscar nomination "Did I Remember" from the film Suzy and Frank Sinatra singing Adamson's third Oscar nomination "I Couldn't Sleep A Wink Last Night" from the film Higher and Higher.
